Peterborough, NH – New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rich Bardellini as President, effective July 1, 2025. This leadership transition comes as Dan Lemieux begins his planned retirement process after a distinguished tenure at the helm.
Bardellini began his career with NHBB in 1993 as an Associate R&D Engineer, and has spent the last 10 years as Executive Vice President. He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of New Hampshire, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Qualtec. Throughout his time as EVP, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, building high-performing teams, and driving long-term growth.
