Inside Sales Supervisor Ryan Langridge was named the Sales Manager of NHBB Astro Division and Import R&S. In his new role, Ryan is responsible for coordinating the various activities related to product sales and managing the inside sales function. Ryan works closely with Astro’s Technical Product Manager and the global sales team to provide the highest level of support to our customers while focusing on the Division’s strategic growth plans.
“As an experienced sales professional, particularly within the aerospace market, Ryan has a strong foundational knowledge of our customers as well as the internal sales function,” says Rich Bardellini, executive vice president of R&S North America and general manager of the NHBB Astro Division. “Ryan recognizes the critical importance of customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance improvement. His expanded role is part of a strategic effort to strengthen our business foundation and help promote further alignment with profitable growth expectations.”
Ryan has worked for New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) for over nine years. He spent his first five years with the company working as an Inside Sales Representative for the NHBB Astro Division in Laconia, NH. After a brief stint outside the company, he rejoined the Astro Division in September of 2015 as a Business Support Specialist. Astro promoted Ryan to the role of Inside Sales Supervisor in April of 2018 and he assumed the role of Sales Manager in of May of this year.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
