NHBB’s executive leadership team is comprised of industry experts who bring many years of experience to our company. They cultivate our company’s culture and work tirelessly to help our employees grow and succeed.

Dan Lemieux, President

Dan Lemieux has held the position of NHBB President since April of 2015. His career with MinebeaMitsumi began in 1993 when he joined the Power Systems subsidiary as Controller. Dan has held various executive positions since, including Vice President of Finance and Administration, and ultimately President of Power Systems; Director of Strategic Planning with NMB (USA); and most recently as NHBB’s Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

In addition to his responsibilities at NHBB, Dan also serves as Managing Executive Officer, Deputy Chief of Machined Component Manufacturing Headquarters, Chief of Aerospace and Machined Parts Division, and General Manager of Regional Affairs for the Americas for the MinebeaMitsumi organization.

Dan is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from the Central Connecticut State University, graduating with honors.

LinkedInRich Bardellini, Executive Vice President

Rich Bardellini has served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the NHBB Astro Division in Laconia, New Hampshire since 2015. Rich began his career with NHBB in 1993 as an Associate R&D Engineer, and in 2003, he served in the role of operations manager of the Astro Division. In 2007, he was appointed to the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and was responsible for operations at NHBB’s three manufacturing divisions, which, in addition to the Astro Division, includes the HiTech Division in Peterborough, New Hampshire and the Precision Division in Chatsworth, California. Rich has also served as Group Executive Officer for the MinebeaMitsumi Group since 2015.

Rich holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of New Hampshire, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Qualtec.

LinkedInSally O'Brien, Vice President, Head Counsel, and Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs

Sally O'Brien began her career with NHBB in 1988, when she held the position of Inside Sales Representative for the Astro Division in Laconia. After participating in the company’s education program and graduating from law school, Sally moved to the legal department as Corporate Counsel for NHBB and its subsidiaries, with responsibilities including contract review and negotiation, export control, government contracts, intellectual property management and coordination, risk management, and company compliance. In 2007, she was promoted to the office of Senior Counsel and Secretary for NHBB. Sally has served as NHBB’s Vice President, Head Counsel, and Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs since 2019.

Sally earned a BS in Business from the University of New Hampshire in Manchester; an Executive Summary in Business, Strategic Management and Finance from Sloan School of Management at MIT, in Cambridge, MA; and a Law Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center (UNH School of Law).

LinkedInCathie Anderson, Director NHBB, and Head of Global Sales

Cathie Anderson began her career with MinebeaMitsumi as a Senior Sales Representative at NMB in 1998. In 2004, she served as a Global Business Manager, and then in 2010 worked as a Business Unit Manager where she led multi-regional account teams in sales, engineering and product management. Recognized as a top-performing sales and business development executive, Cathie moved into the position of NHBB Director of Sales in 2017 to oversee NHBB's field sales organization, demonstrating highly developed skills in contract negotiation, account management and sales. She has held the position of Head of Global Sales for MinebeaMitsumi Aerospace and Machined Products Division since 2019. Cathie has a passion for sales force team development, coaching, and mentoring.

Cathie holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Loyola Marymount University, in Los Angeles, California, graduating cum laude.

LinkedInCassie Clark, Director of Finance & Administration

Cassie Clark was hired as Director of Finance & Administration in 2023. Her career started as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP in Boston, MA, and Manchester, NH. Cassie has 25 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial operations management, with experience in small business services, high-technology start-ups, outdoor sporting goods distribution, and manufacturing.

Cassie is a graduate of Bentley University with a BS in Accountancy and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

LinkedInMark Compos, Director of Global Procurement

Mark Compos has held the role of NHBB's Director of Global Procurement since 2021. Mark has a lengthy career in supply chain management with a focus on commodity management. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience with aerospace, medical, consumer products, and construction products manufacturing companies.

Mark holds a BS in Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and is a CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional from the Association for Supply Chain Management.

LinkedInTom Johndrow, Director of Human Resources

Tom Johndrow was hired as the NHBB Director of Human Resources in November 2019. He is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction, and activities, including NHBB’s talent acquisition and development, human resources shared services, and our Total Rewards program.

Prior to joining NHBB, Tom held a number of human resources roles of increasing scope and complexity at Masonite International, Monsanto (now Bayer Crop Science), and Newell Brands companies.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

LinkedInBrandyn Lewis, Director of Engineering

Brandyn Lewis was appointed Director of Engineering for NHBB in 2024. He is responsible for the New Product Development Center in Laconia and Peterborough’s Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team. He is also responsible for guiding and supporting the applications engineering, new products, new technologies, and automation development efforts throughout NHBB. Brandyn's expertise is developing new technologies and solutions for our rolling element and sliding bearing products.

Brandyn’s career with NHBB began in August 2006 when he joined NHBB's Astro Division as an Associate Product Engineer. Since then, he has held several progressive roles within NHBB engineering departments and, most recently, was Manager of the NHBB New Product Development Center, where he led the development and launch of many new products and processes for the NHBB divisions. Before NHBB, Brandyn worked as a Toolmaker/Machinist for several years and served six years in the US Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator.

Brandyn earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of New Hampshire, graduating summa cum laude. He also holds both Lean Systems Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Chris Rawnsley, Director of Safety, Environment & Sustainability

Chris Rawnsley has held the position of NHBB’s Director of Safety, Environment & Sustainability (SES) since 2013, and is responsible for the environmental and safety performance of all NHBB and affiliated divisions. In addition, Chris manages a portfolio of special projects, including state and federal superfund remedial actions. He has been appointed by four New Hampshire governors to be the state’s industrial representative to the New Hampshire Water Council.

Prior to promotion to Director of SES, Chris was Manager of Environmental Affairs for NMB(USA). He started his career in 1989 as Environmental Manager for the HiTech Division of NHBB.

Chris holds a BS in geology from Miami University, and an MS in geochemistry from the State University of New York, Stonybrook.

LinkedInGary West, Director of Information Technology

Gary West’s career with MinebeaMitsumi began in 1986 when he joined NHBB as a Programmer Analyst. He has held various IT roles and management positions supporting the three NHBB Divisions, as well as NMBTC and C&A Tool. Most recently, Gary  began heading up the digital transformation initiatives of the NHBB/myonic business unit in 2020. He has held the position of Director of Information Technology since September of 2019.

Gary holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Southern New Hampshire University, with honors; BS in Management Advisory Services from New Hampshire College, with honors; and has passed the New Hampshire CPA examination.
